I would not Recomended this company to anyone. The gross ineptitude and and lack of professionalism was pervasive thru out the entire process. There was little communication there for creating on going addendums and changes to several settlement statements. When I inquired why there were so many mistakes, the manager replied that she was just too busy...

I would not use this title company again. Poor communication skills and attention to details. Without writing too much personal information, they could have been the caused for the closing to not have occurred not once but a few times. I also see a 5 star review given by and employee of the company and have flagged it for conflict of interest. Talk about integrity. If you notice this too please flag it so we can keep google reviews honest and accurate.

I found the whole experience extremely unprofessional. No closer at my closing, just a notary going through paperwork that she did not understand, could not explain, had no idea what any of it meant, and is not a closer. All of the paperwork was written up as if it were a financed transaction, however it was a cash deal. I had to ask the notary to go get the closer who came in and told me oh just stick a line through it don’t worry about it all paperwork is standard. One of the most ridiculous things I’ve ever heard. Then instead of staying there and finishing the closing since being a closer is her job, she left the room again and left the rest of the job to the notary.It took months to close a cash deal. 2 1/2 weeks have gone by and the commission check to the realtor has still not been received. Their communication during the entire process was almost nothing. If you wanted to know something you had to call them. I do not recommend and will never use again.
