Dr. Muzzi and her staff have been a Godsend! I was so weary of waiting for returned phone calls from doctors offices, (and many times never even receiving a call back). Now I have peace of mind just knowing that I will no longer be lost in the health care system.

The switch to Dr. Muzzi took some getting used to. I am not accustomed to Doctors actually calling me back promptly nor spending quality time with me analyzing my complete medical make up. In this medical era of "get them in and get them out quickly", her approach is professionally refreshing. I am a big fan of My Direct MD and very much appreciate the quality of care we are receiving. My experience with My Direct MD has been tremendous. I have never received such personal attention to my healthcare. Dr. Muzzi is very thorough and has been so attentive to my healthcare needs. Eric Meyer is always on hand to answer any questions I might have concerning billing and procedures. I'm always greeted with a smile from Erin and she gets all of the initial tests done quickly and efficiently. I truly feel that I am getting the best care possible here and know that I will continue to be well taken care of in the future. With the healthcare system continuing to get more complicated, I feel that my choice to be a part of the My Direct MD team, has been a definite step in the right direction of healthcare!!! Thank you for ALL that you do!!!
