        This Agency is supposedly a WISH pickup center. The operator ignores messages left without calling back, for over a week! Doesn't answer the door - even during posted hours of operation. Doesn't listen to people who call to arrange pick-up. And may well have stolen my shipped item, delivered 13 days ago per Shipping invoice detail. I expect insurance agents to have much higher integrity and attention to detail than this *agency*. Buyer beware.
