purchased a unit under a year ago. had a technician out 2x. When we first got the unit, it was late August. It wouldn't cool past 82 degrees. Called on a weekend to be told that was normal based on o outside temperature. Called weeks later and they finally found an issue and replaced a part. 9 months later we called for another issue again. I'm still under my year warranty. The uint keep sweating and leaving puddles of water. They tried billing me a truck roll. Soon as they left, the uni stopped working again. The compressor stopped working. A technician came, repair the issue. In the process, he must've spit in front of my garage a million times ( my kids play there). Called them again to inquire about buying an extended warranty. They indicated a truck roll fee if I purchased an extended warranty plan offered for Goodman products. All other dealers I called said the extended plan covered almost everything and that I should be billed for truck rolls. They are extremely unprofessional. They never return your call and have questionable ethics.

Hello had this company put in a new a/c system in a-z ducts and all. in spring of 2013. Ended up with a hot room but didnt know it till summer 2014 when someone was living in the bedroom (no one was there year before). Had my roomates a/c guy look at it while he was there chatting with my roommate, he said just call the company to reroute the tubing for it was done wrong to start they would make it right. Called Air techs to ask just to look at what they did & figured they would say oops we messed up, instead I got there head service guy come out & give me 3 excuses. First was to 1) shut off other vents (told him already done then he looked at it and said ok) 2nd was that the gap at the bottom of the door was to small to get the air out of the room (problem is that the room (which was freezing) right next to it has the same gap within 1/4 inch so I was buying it). 3) Was the A/C unit it self had dust on it, ok i would go with that but the problem is the unit is blowing cold as ice. So after he told me that i disagreed & he told me that i know everything so I told them I will not leave a bad review (which he told me that air tech's will SUE me for leaving a bad review on here (THATS YOUR FIST RED FLAG FELLOW CUSTOMERS THEY DON'T WANT YOU TO KNOW THE TRUTH) up till I have the other company reroute air flow like I said would fix it then I would give them a chance to make it right (by right is split the cost of fixing there mistake). Well reran the air tubing & its fixed but Air Tech's say they are not helping out on the cost for it has been over a year since they screwed up the air flow. I WOULD NOT USE THEM for it's one thing when things go wrong & they make an effort to fix it it's another when they don't and make threats for you telling the truth to other customer's.
