1st time I stayed in 2022 it was ok staff was decent but in 2023 when I returned the staff/ women was very rude nasty tbh. There was a used pad in the restroom sitting on the unused toilet paper in which I touched it and when I reported it to staff they became more rude & very unprofessional the took our room and left us in town without money to rent a new room. Stay bridge in Kissimmee was wayyyy way better & cheaper!

Great experience. Very nice room and spacious (we got a suite). Down side was that the room was facing the street and it was extremely noisy at night.
Other than that, we had a great experience. Whisk come back. Rooms : 4/5 | Service : 5/5 | Location : 5/5

We just stayed there one night the week of spring break. My husband forgot his smart watch in the hotel room and we only realized it after we had checked-out but when we called to tell they said the watch was not there. My daughter confirmed with us that she saw it on the table of the room so we know it was left there. Called the hotel twice to get our watch back and nothing was done about it. Thieves working at this hotel dont stay there.

Great location near all the major attractions, but far enough away from the heavily congested parts of International Drive to make getting in and out easy. The rooms are clean and the staff is great and always helpful. Rooms : 5/5 | Service : 5/5 | Location : 5/5
