Earth Fare

I thought Id give this location one more chance after the several times of being disappointed with the meat department. Having old, discolored meat in your case is not how you age meat. Its just old nasty green beef that I truly hope the health department comes in. Ill spare everyone the photos as its never a good time to turn peoples stomachs. When the store on Narcoossee road was open, the meat and seafood department were second to none. Is this location on Orange avenue a franchise, or a corporate store? Either way Ill be contacting the corporate office as well as the health department with photos of the meat that should be tossed.

Its awful! They never have anything in stock!!!!! They rarely stock their shelves, they are bare!!!

Went into the store to get groceries and the Store Managers kids were running in and out of the isles screaming and playing. So unsafe and terrible for the customer experience . Then his wife came in to get the kids and he started screaming at his wife in front of everyone. Not sure what he does but Luca the Store Manager could be replaced by a teenager who could provide better service and less drama. This is why Earthfares keep failing..terrible management

Incredibly expensive, even compared to similar stores like Whole Foods. Unimpressive produce selection. No vegan options in the deli/to-go food area (what kind of health food store is hostile to vegans?). Limp salad bar ingredients. I continued shopping here for a while solely because of the bulk foods section, but yesterday, the bulk oats I got were crawling with bugs, which I didnt notice until I was already home with them, unfortunately. I called the store and they offered me a refund if I bring back my receipt, but they never asked me exactly which product I found the bugs in. So they arent pulling it from the floor I guess. The contaminated lot is still out there for more customers to purchase.
