They person who cut my hair was very nice friendly but didnt do my hair as I wanted. She never layered my hair. Won't go back

I went to the location on John young today. Iv been a loyal customer for YEARS . I only asked for a trim on my short hair. No shampoo or anything. Was charged 20 & my mom has a bob short cut. She just wanted it shorter. No shampoo. Because we chose not too. My moms hair was already dry. She blow dry it a little bit more to fix it. No products were used nothing and she charged her 50 dollars. Total 70 spent on nothing. Iv never paid this much for nothing. Today I felt like I was wayyyy over charged. & I will not be going back to hair cuttery again and I won’t recommend it to my family and friends anymore. I could’ve went somewhere else and got the whole package for my mother less than 50
