I brought in my recently purchased Fender Acoustasonic Strat for a set up since the strings seemed high. Bill lowered the action, sanded the bridge and adjusted the truss rod and checked all the electronics. It now plays great and I will strongly recommend that this is the only place to go for your guitar work or repair.

Best place for guitar repairs, set-ups, after market upgrades, etc. in all the vecinity of Orlando, hands down. I have been a musician for over 30 years, and I have been coming to Guitar Factory for as long as I can remember needing help with anything guitar that I didn't feel safe doing myself. I have had pick-ups replaced, various guitar mods, and recently had my favorite acoustic re-fretted and modded. The guitar looks and feels as good as the day I bought it over 10 years ago. I have seen Douglas fix a close friend's Martin acoustic, a family heirloom, that was damaged in a cross country move. Couldn't even tell that the guitar was damaged when they were finished with it. I highly recommend Guitar Factory for anyone's guitar needs. You don't even need to take my word for it. Go to the shop and see how many professional musicians have sent signed thank-you pictures of the work done for them, by Guitar Factory, all over the shop's walls.
