2 months telling you that they're busy with plenty of contracts....but then out of nowhere they come one day and say sorry but they lost a few clients and they have to lay you off......even when you're one of the most responsible workers on the job, first one there very morning, stay late for OT and weekends.....run a job for them even when you're a new hire and get hurt on the job and there's not even a first aid kit on site. Safety??? That's not what I call maintaining an "excellent safety record"... accidents do happen and there are guys there on workers comp right now. They dont have what most contractors in a "union" have and what we in this country call "holiday pay".... it's almost like they never heard of that. No organization on the job whatsoever.... They rely on you to sacrifice your ass off but there's no appreciation. No organization whatsoever....... but anyways look at the bright side.....at least I'm not mentioning names. IF YOU'RE A CLIENT THEY WILL DO GREAT WORK but if you're an employee don't waste your time and energy and take your skills somewhere else
