image What a nightmare this has been.This started back in January. I was surfing the web looking for a piece I saw at Ashley’s that was on back order. It showed as available on their site, pricing was better than the big box stores. I ended up not purchasing. I got a call from a sales representative the following day regarding my browsing of their site, she offered me an even further discounted price and advised 2-4 weeks for delivery but normally faster. She confirmed the items were in stock. I was additionally advised that I would not have to pay until order was being shipped but they would require a card on file. I gave her my card number and was advised my card declined, well I wasn’t aware they would be running it. It’s at this time the representative advised they place a hold on the amount. Had this been made clear up front I would have moved the funds to ensure they were available. None the less I moved the funds and allowed the authorization to proceed. A week after I was advised the order was on back order and would not be available until end of March. Understandable, although had their website not reflected the item as available I would have never placed the order. But I understood the back order was with the manufacturer. I liked the pieces enough to wait. Thirty days after I was given a call advising me that my authorization had expired and They needed to reauthorize the hold. I advised Sam I was driving and would move the funds shortly and then email them to advise when they were ok to attempt. Two minutes later I receive a follow up from her advising the payment had declined. Of course it did, I was clear that I would move the funds shortly. This was followed by an email, that my payment had declined. I kindly reminded her that I advised I would let her know I would give her the all clear when she was able to reauthoriZe. This reauthorization process went on for months until a Few weeks ago when I was advised my items would be shipping. Delivery date of June 8th scheduled. yay! No mention of when payment is to be made. The day before delivery, I’m still wondering how to pay and planned to make a call to find out. I receive a call from Shane advising I had charged back the funds. I told her I had no clue what she was talking about as the last time I heard anything about payment was back in April. She advised me she received notification of a dispute. I advised her that the funds were not in the account connected to the card as every month she has advised when they would be pulling the funds and I have moved the funds to be available. She noted she was have me respond in writing that I am not disputing. I asked her to email me and I would reply. She follows up with an email saying call your bank and cancel the dispute. Not only did I call my bank, I completed a three way call with her and the bank, where she was advised no dispute and no issues on the banks end. While on the phone with the bank, I asked if she needed anything else. She advised me all should be okay. I again mentioned that I have not yet paid for this order and would need to know when they are processing the payment. She advised she would get with her accounting department and let me know. I advised her if they had tried to run my card end of May it would have declined as this is not a card I keep funds on and every month they preceded the attempt with notifying me. Five minutes later I receive an email from her stating that I would have to get something in writing from my bank and that my delivery would be on hold. I ended up having to allow them to charge another card because after waiting five months I didn’t want to order somewhere else. This company is literally clueless and is not a company I would do business with again. On the plus side the pieces are nice, but I already knew they would be. The delivery men were prompt and courteous. The aggravation of this process is not worth saving a few dollars. I have several other pieces I’m in the market for... this will not be where I secure them from.

image Great price on a table but they don’t have free shipping. They told me that their shipper was no longer working with them and that we had to pay the white glove shipping of $120.00. When I said that wasn’t fair but I would split it they cancelled my order. I had my wife order two weeks later and same story. I found what I wanted at another store without the lying

image This company is terrible with logistics. Called and confirmed 3 different delivery dates then cancel late the nights prior is terrible business. Then reaching out to customer service is a nightmare. No one knows where our furniture is or when to expect the next attempted delivery day.
