THIS IS A SCAM!!! I paid around 40,000 for a membership I never used. I didn't want to pay thousands for sheets...SHEETS! I got harassed about money from a loan I don't recall agreeing too. I wanted to cancel and never heard back. Paying them off was a huge relief of my back. I would give them zero stars of I could. Believe me leave this place alone and save your money.

They drop your orders and don't inform you, you can wait for an order for ever and never receive it because they don't inform you via e-mail or any other form that your order was cancelled. Very disappointing.

I remember the apprehension I had when I bought the membership almost ten years ago, but the only feeling I have know is gratitude for the amount of money I have saved over the years with Direct Buy. I have saved the cost of the membership many times over in savings on furniture, rugs, flooring, and home improvement projects. If you appreciate high quality merchandise at manufacturer cost, this is the place for you. If you routinely purchase lower quality and lower price merchandise, you may be disappointed in your savings. Lower quality/lower price manufacturers already have razor thin margins and don't yield great savings. High quality materials craftsmanship translates into higher margins and bigger savings.
