She called on the delivery as expected and the bedroom set matched my room so great. I am very happy with them and the quality and I would recommend them.     BEWARE - In my opinion, it appears they will tell you what they think you want to hear to get your money and then say they have a "No Refund Policy". On December 10th, 2014 I purchased a leather sectional that was advertised by Madison Furniture on Craigslist. I drove to their showroom, but it was not on display. It was in stock, I was told, but not on the showroom floor. They said it was in the "warehouse" and could be delivered in two weeks. This particular sectional had articulating headrests and prior to purchasing, I confirmed with the sales agent that ALL the headrests, including the two in the corner, could be raised. She said YES, all of them moved, including the two in the corner of the "L". I paid $1700 including delivery and it was supposed to arrive late December, after Christmas. I was told I would receive a call from the warehouse to schedule delivery. This never happened and I had to call in late December to find out where my sectional was. The stories began ...it was a shipping delay, but I had been told it was in stock in their warehouse 15 minutes away from their store. Then a whole container of stock was damaged and mine was in it. Then they had to get an entirely new one sent from China and that would be weeks, they said. Sometime in February or March they called again and said so sorry it was taking so long but there was nothing they could do, the LA port was on strike with no end in sight, and it might be another few weeks before they had it in, and did I want a refund? I said no, I didn't want a refund, because I really wanted the sectional as it had taken me ages to find one that had articulating headrests in the corners, also. Weeks more past and no sectional. In May I was online at Natuzzi and saw what I thought was the sectional that my purchase was a knock-off of and it did not have articulating headrests in the corner. After the other things I'd heard from them about it being in stock when I purchased it and its expected arrival at my place on a few different occasions, that in my opinion and based on the events that followed I now suspected were untrue, I became suspicious that it indeed did have articulating headrests in the corners, which was essential for my boyfriend's idea of comfort. Madison called a few days later and said it was finally in stock and they could set up the delivery. I said that was fantastic, but before you deliver, I want to confirm that the headrests in the corner articulate. Oh yes, she said, they do. I told her I'd recently seen the sectional model from which I believed mine was a knock-off and the ones in the corner DID NOT articulate on that one. So she went on for a few minutes about oh let me check, and decided that she was 90% sure they didn't articulate now, 10 minutes later in the call. I then said if they didn't all articulate, I didn't want it and wanted a refund. She said they had a no refund policy, that it would cost more than the sectional cost to ship it back (as though this had been a special order or something and not an IN STOCK item) and that if I had questions about the sectional's functionality, I should have verified that before this point in time when it was now in and ready to be delivered. I explained to her that I HAD verified it by asking the sales agent (her) at the time of purchase and I was told that they did. How else could I have verified it? It wasn't on the sales floor and they wouldn't allow me to go to the warehouse, but likely it wasn't even there anyway. It was only after all the stories and my seeing the similar Natuzzi model that I doubted what she told me, and only after my pressing her many times on this last call that I realized, in my opinion, she had no frigging clue about the functionality of what she was selling anyway. In my opinion, they will tell you anything to get your money, and then tell you they have a No Refund Policy. BUYER BEWARE. My response to owner's response: Utterly untrue. The BBB and the FL Attorney General will receive my complaints also.
