Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

Location was not in its best shape. Lots of flavors missing and there was melted frozen yogurt at the bottom of each flavor. The chalk board had a sign that it was unavailable for use. There was also a random square table among the rough tables they normally use.

The workers stack the chairs and put post it notes telling you can't sit in any of them. Why have tables and chairs if you aren't going to allow your paying customers a place to sit and eat their ice cream?

So close yet so fat. Just 10 to 15 min away from my home. Yet it seems impossible to get there and enjoy the Tart Yogurt dressed in strawberry Bubba, strawberries, and chocolate chips

I think the quality of the place has gone down since I last visited. I used to love going on Tuesday which is college night. No matter how much you put in the cup it is $7 with a college ID or student ID. I have been going again since I am in town and it isn't the same as it used to be. The flavors are decent. There hasn't been any new launches since I have gone and the quality of the toppings are bad. Most of the items I decided to put on my yogurt were stale. The fresh topping bar was fine though. The staff now are rude every time I have visited. I understand if it is the end of the night shift or if they had a bad day but consistently I have been here a couple times and they always are rude. The parking is horrible so I would recommend parking at the garage in the back if there is no space in the front.

The hours have changed since COVID a little. I used to love going here on Tuesday for college night to get yogurt for $6 a huge cup. (as long as you have a student ID you will get the deal)I moved back into the area and recently have been going with my friend and the quality I feel like hasn't been the same. The toppings have been consistently stale every time I go. The fresh topping bar [strawberries, popping boba] are fine. The yogurt is decent. There have not been new launches in awhile and some of the flavors seem off and not the same as they used to be. The only positive thing I have to say is that the spoons are cute.For parking, I would advise not parking in the front due to traffic and it being very tight. There is a garage in the back that customers can park at.
