It's rare that I've seen a company with a total 5 star rating. I'd rate it a 10 if there was one. From the phone call, the free estimate, to the gentleman from the Tampa company (my apology for not recalling his name, since it was a few months ago) coming to assess my home's foundation, was seamless. Polite, courteous and professional describe him. I feel that's a reflection of the company. I was concerned because my property had cracks and the foundation was showing on one side. The gentleman told me what caused the issues and that no repairs were needed. He didn't pressure me or try to rip me off. I offered a few times, to give him a tip for his gasoline, time and service, even though the estimate is free. He declined it. Hopefully their service will never have to be used by me. If it is, a call to Solid Foundations will be the only one I will make.

Rick and his crew were quick to respond to my Foundation issue. They are upfront and knowledgeable and pretty much put my home back on solid ground. Extremely happy with their level of service.
