Walked into Mikes Flooring in Orlando. We are a returning customer. We used them on a spec home in 2008. Price and product were great. The installation was sloppy. Uneven popped up vinyl through out the house. Well I decided to maybe invest in a better product and go with Mikes Flooring again on another home we’re currently building. I drove an hour only to arrive to a sloppy unorganized show room. The account manager Jim was rushing me and rude. He kept stating he was too busy to help inform me the products. Mind you I was being quick with very short questions. He seemed uninterested in our business. There were two other employees in the building who weren't very informative so I had no choice but to speak to Jim (the I’m too busy for your business guy). The numbers he quickly threw at me seemed outrageous. So I quickly said I’ll come back another time. Goodbye. If a polite friendly professional business is what comes to mind when shopping for flooring.... go else where. They might be tooooo busy for you. (There were no customers in the store).
