They fixed the problem I had... But I don't understand why they don't have better communication with the bank... The stupid bank that have me the loan doesn't bother to tell AutoPayPlus that I paid off the whole loan???? So another payment went out. I got it straightened out, but it was annoying. Otherwise, it worked fine

Difficult to get thru to speak to a person, literally took a week of leaving messages, calling over and over, submitting a contact us request online before I could speak to someone. When I refinanced my home they wanted to treat it as a whole new loan and charge me the start up fee of almost $400 dollars. I bought this service over 20 years ago and was told the service went with my mortgage for life. I have bought different homes and refinanced many time over the years and never charged a new start up fee until now. Definitely SHYSTERS!

I spoke with Diana today about my account. She was very helpful and quickly updated my information and changed my payment schedule as I requested. It’s nice to talk with a customer service rep and get a friendly and helpful attitude and be able to resolve any issues quickly.
