        Very poor experience when I havent even gotten the chance to drop off my clothes yet. I called for the first time yesterday as this I JUST moved to the area and the guy answered, cuts it after I ask how late are you open? Then I call again the 2nd time today hoping for a better response- he starts starts yelling and says you have called me multiple times in last few days. I think hes confused me for someone else - but that is NOT how you talk to people if you want business.
