My experience was great! Although they got my phone number wrong, and I had to call them back and show up to pick up my clothes, I had no problems with the services that were offered me. I ended up paying a smaller price than what I was told(probably because I was a new customer). So I recommend the Hedez Dry Cleaners to anyone who would like to have their items dry cleaned.

I’m a costumer for a long time I can say years and I had an amazing service with Letty recently I went back to bring my uniform I notice that Letty wasn’t there anymore and I started to ask the new lady she was giving me attitude and such a horrible service I’m so shocked and disappointed at the point I’m not coming back I’m changing location the only way to success with your store is with the great service you. The one you have now is horrible I hope you guys can fix it ASAP!

I went 2 times the last week before 6 they were closed I went today also and close too. I have been trying to pick up my cloth for the past 2 weeks and I couldn’t.

I recently took some drapes to get cleaned and brought along a tattered old buttoned-up shirt that was of sentimental value to me. I was hoping that they might be able to stitch it up, but my expectations were low, as I had been to a couple of places prior and they all said they couldn't do it, or would charge exorbitant prices to do so. Needless to say, the nice lady at the front wasn't sure if it could be done as she was new, but was kind enough to call her manager/owner. She put him on the phone with me, and he was super-nice! He said, as long as I had provided the material to fix it, it would be no problem at all! Plus, it was only an additional $5 to my bill! It came out great! It's the little things like this, that will secure my permanent business. Oh, and the drapes I brought in to get cleaned, came out great as well!
