Westwood Dry Cleaners

Won't be back... I was a loyal customer for the past couple of years but my last visit was in fact my last. I was unhappy with a few of my items and how they were cleaned and treated but they acted like I was crazy. I take very good care of my clothes and the texture was ruined on my blazer and sweater. They hang knitted cardigan sweaters on wire hangers incorrectly so they stretch and take the shape of the hanger at the shoulders. I was also told that one of my cardigans was still wrinkled because of the material and would look better when worn :/

Wonderful place and service! Knacked down every crease in my military uniform! Bought it in yesterday and got it back today! The young lady at the desk was helpful and had such a radiant helpful smile! Thank you! My uniform was perfect!

Lost my pair of pants. I brought in two pair of brand new pants that needed to be hemmed, dry cleaned, and pressed. When i arrived to pick up pants they had one pair in bag wrinkled, not dry cleaned or pressed but they did the hemm and the young man handed them back to me just like that wrinkled and all. My second pair of pants they are looking for. I will never come here again. I do not reccommend this cleaners to anyone.

Do not recommend. In addition to high prices, they slap you with a late fee without a phone call or any kind of reminder. Not a very customer friendly policy! Have been loyal to them for a while and always pick up on time. A couple of times it slipped my attention and don't like to be punished without any kind of reminder. They also told me different price prior to cleaning and charged a lot more after. One time they charged me 25 instead of $12 which they promised - a rip off place.
