DexaFit Orlando is fantastic! I've been working on my overall wellness for over a year now, layering on low-carb eating principles (not quite Keto, but close), intermittent fasting and resistance band training. So many of my Internet resources for those things recommended Dexa scans as the gold-standard for fat analysis - far more reliable than digital scale impedence testing, calipers, dunk tank, etc. It's easy-peasy - 6-10 minutes and you are done and get a fantastic print-out and interpretation by the DexaFit Orlando staff on your fat types, percentages and distributions. I get one every 3 months to monitor my progress. I've also used their Fit3D Body Scan monthly for 3D laser imaging of my body/progress. I also had a Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) test done that was fantastic in letting me know what my true calorie burn is and that I have shifted to being a fat burner instead of sugar burner. Using these informational tests and datapoints to help steer my health regime, I have now lost over 73lbs on my 40's-something 6'5" frame and am the healthiest and happiest I have ever been! Ignore the 1-star review by the crazy Internet troll on here. Not sure what axe they have to grind against this small business or the technology or why they think they are some expert in the field of radiation. If you take the time to read up on the safety of these widely used scans from leading health organizations, you'll read that a Dexa scan gives you less than 2 days exposure to natural background radiation (NBR) - you know, the stuff you just are exposed to being a living, breathing thing on this planet... To put that in comparison, a flight from Europe to North America gives you approximately 7 days worth of exposure to natural background radiation (NBR). Anyways good health to you! And remember, no informative test result is a substitute to the expert counsel of a medical doctor/professional, but it sure is nice to have access to these data points at your convenience and at just a percentage of what medical institutions charge for the exact same test(s) using the exact same equipment. A test also isn't a substitute for your diligence and hard work in achieving your goals!! And unlike these Internet trolls that hide behind fake names and profiles, feel free to find me and ask me any questions you might have. I can't recommend DexaFit Orlando enough!!

DexaFit Orlando is a superb facility that allows you to learn about your body fat composition among other aspects of your own personal health. I highly recommend this facility.

The team at DexaFit was very thorough and professional. The exam produced accurate results which showed just how badly most other body fat tools measure. Best way to get accurate results is this exam.
