We could not be happier with Ladybird! We switched our 3.5 year old daughter to Ladybird from another big chain daycare center and are so happy with the decision. They provide clean, safe, and loving environment for the kids. My daughter loves to learn and is learning so much more here. Our infant started at 3 months with a big attachment to mom and now prefers to be at the daycare with her teachers! We get updates continuously throughout the day and anytime I have called, emailed or messaged through the app the response is almost immediately.

My son started at this daycare when he was about 4/5 months old. All was well in the infant room until he transitioned to the grasshopper class next door. About a couple months in, my son was bit so bad to where there were visible teethmarks and a bruise 3 days later. The staff was unaware it happened. I wasn't upset it happened because kids are going to bite, I was upset staff had no knowledge of it. Management, Luz, completely dismissed my concerns and when I met with the head teacher of the class, I was greeting with the nastiest attitiude like I had done something wrong. I would get "why are you asking" when I had questions regarding the incident report they wrote up. Her excuse was that there were a lot of kids in the class. (ratio was off) The last straw for me was the very next day, my son was left alone at the table crying for over 4 mins because he couldn't get out of his chair because he was pushed so far in, and teachers walked by completely diregarding his concerns. I then gave a 2 weeks notice asking he is well taken care of within that time frame and he was bit again. Since switching daycares, the teachers are more involved and look like they love what they do and it's not just a job, ratio is what they said it was going to be, communication with the teachers is great, and overall, I feel comfortable leaving my son under their care.
