We choose this place based on an article of "Only in Fl" ,we asked the employee if beside the food cafeteria style if they had a menu and she told us to have a seat and she will be with us. This employee was very nice and pleasant but we weren't ready to order so I asked for a beef empanada until we decide what to order. The next employee that came was a different story, rude and impatient. The empanada was very good, the rest of the food was ok, big portions and fresh, one of the entrees was fried pork chunks with white rice, black beans and casaba (yuca) it came with yellow plantains no yuca and I still waiting for the black beans. The server never came back to bring the beans or check on us I had to go and paid at the counter, I noticed a 18% service charge on the bill and a space for tip so I questioned it and she said that is the tip. Now I understand what the service was so bad because no matter how yo you get treated they charged you 18% "service charge ". Out of three employees that we interacted only the first was nice and pleasant, if we had our food from the cafeteria line we probably never experienced the bad service, with so many restaurants in Orlando never again for us.
