Spoke to a Elizabeth, a Jenny, and two others who wouldn't give their name . After getting a thorough explanation as to what my elderly grandma was getting into with them we decided it’s not the right fit. Without my grandma signing a contract they took a $214 payment from her . Once a refund was asked for that payment they tried to sell me the program and told me that the process for a refund is complicated and Hung up the phone . Also conveniently no one knew English . I called back and it was a transfer of Calls and me having to repeat the same thing over and over . I had to deal with each one trying to sell me the program . Finally they said a refund will be processed but no confirmation can be given and no time frame as to when we will get the money back . Very unfortunate how they take advantage of the elderly !
