If you are a law firm looking for a court reporter please look somewhere else. If I could give them a zero stars I would. Booked them for a job and they did not show up. When I called to ask for an explanation they stated that they had a miscommunication with the staff. This is completely unacceptable as now I can't appeal the judges ruling because I do not have a transcript.

An awesome place to hold a deposition.I'm a litigator, so depositions are a big part of my team's practice. I'm involved with depositions on an almost weekly basis. With all of this focus on high-stakes litigation, it is nice to be able to take care of business at a beautiful facility like Legal Realtime. Located off of Lake Eola on Central Ave, Legal Realtime is one of the premiere court reporting firms in Orlando. When I attend a deposition, I park in the attached garage, head to the elevator, and get off at their floor. The receptionists are always very friendly and helpful, and the rooms are always a great temperature and full of great snacks and drinks. The rooms where we hold the depositions are fairly large (although there are smaller rooms for other functions), and the teleconference phones always go off without a hitch. The court reporters are rather friendly and always make pleasant conversation. When you are sitting in a room for hours on end, it's nice to have a good atmosphere and nice people around you. Once we finish for the day, the receptionist hands as a free parking ticket and wishes us farewell.Overall, Legal Realtime Reporting is a top-notch court reporting firm in a beautiful location that provides great service. If you are a lawyer looking for someone to handle your deposition or mediation needs, Legal Realtime is a great place to call.
