Same as others. Placed order in early December. Today is January 5th. NO RESPONSE to any means of communication. So disappointed.

To give one star to this company is a compliment! BUYER BEWARE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. Quality, Communication, Honesty, and Timeliness are seriously lacking with this company. The only time I have heard from them is when I disputed the charge with my credit card company because the item was delayed in shipping over 2 weeks. I also don't believe in coincidences because 48 hours after submitting my claim I received notification that my order was being processed after sitting idol for 3 weeks. Save yourself the headache & money and shop elsewhere.

Placed order on December 13th and order has not been processed yet my credit card has been charged.
I have reached out 3 times asking when I can expect the order to be processed and shipped and I have yet to get an answer.
Really disappointed in lack of customer service. I would suggest other companies.
