Darden Restaurants

My family went into Cheddar's Restaurant in Pigeon Forge ,Tn it was a joke for a restaurant.Let me explain,we took my son out for his birthday.We placed our in they came back told us they were out of broccoli casserole,then came back out told us they were out both kinds of shrimp.They we're out of broccoli .Is a restaurant or what very sad situation.We first sit they crescent rolls with no glaze ,we ask why they oh were out glaze .Who is district manager get off of his backside do something or this restaurant will not be in business come the summer .I hope someone reading my message .

1st they told us the table of 5 was ready come to find out table of 4 and they just pulled another chair I asked for to be seated at another table since not comfortable, they said it was too busy. me not being able to push my chair in and people walking by me really close, we got our drinks and Out of 5 I was the only one served with a black straw Just so happens I was the only black guy. I talked to the manager Chris And I asked them if it was normal he made it seem like I was crazy for complaining about not being able to scoop my chair in he said people only come to sit and eat and leave when I asked them about comfort being an issue he said he never said they weren't supposed to be comfortable and that was the repetitive argument he made. is this the best olive garden can do the Worst experience I've had at any olive garden.
