i love going here. i'll return family next time. this place has an awesome feel to it. reminds me of a cafe in chicago i loved to visit.

UPDATE TO PREVIOUS REVIEW: I give the business 5 stars for the way the problem was ultimately handled. The owner contacted me immediately upon opening the next business day and apologized for the delivery problem and lack of communication and promptly credited my credit card. Accidents happen. Despite not receiving my cookie order, the owner handled the situation very politely and professionally. I will definitely give them another try based on the way they handled the issue. I only gave one star because Google won't let you post without giving at least one star. This should be a negative star rating. I placed an order two days ago and paid for it in full including delivery. It was to be delivered today. I called today at 3:15pm to be sure that the order was on its way and the store personnel assured me it was out for delivery. Well, it is now 5:30pm and I did not receive my order and no one at the store is answering the telephone or replying to email. I used to place 5-6 orders a year with this franchise. I am disheartened to realize that I can't patronize the Cookies By Design franchise in Orlando anymore - they COMPLETELY failed to deliver what was promised and paid for!
