Ron installed a UV on my AC unit and promised to return in a few months to show me that the unit works and would clear the mold off my ac cover. He lives near my home but can't find the time to stop by and no action take after I finally got in touch with the office. Professional and clean installation; but POOR customer service afterwards.

Yovel was the technician that came to my home, and he was very courteous and efficient. He arrived at the expected time, and was very quick to get to work on my home's A/C system and dryer duct. He patiently explained all the steps of the work needed, and also showed me some issues that were occurring on my A/C system. Everything was done to great satisfaction, and I recommend them as I will call them in for any future A/C work.

I used a Groupon to hire this place to clean my vents including my dryer vent. They did a terrible job. I would give them zero stars if I could. They hooked up some machine to the house vents that made a bunch of noise for about an hour but I have no idea if it did anything to actually clean my vents. But the worst part was they clogged up my dryer instead of cleaning the vents. They do not go on the roof which is how it needs to be done but no way on the Groupon do they tell you that. As soon as the man walked in the house he told me he wasn't going to go on the roof but the way he cleaned the dryer would work by doing it through the vent hose. The dryer worked fine before the man came to clean it, and after he left although it still turned and heat came out my clothes were not getting dry. It was clearly clogged at the top. They came back once and had a big attitude and did the same thing with the dryer which didn't fix anything. Additionally they tried to sell me some thing for my air conditioner which has nothing to do with why I hired them and was unnecessary and I felt like I was being scammed. They wanted $300! It's just so happened I was having my yearly cleaning done of my AC unit a few days later which cost me $100. I was told whatever the vent company wanted to do was unnecessary. Today I hired somebody else who did go up to my roof and my dryer now works perfectly. Do not use fresh air USA they are dishonest, they have an attitude, and they do a terrible job

Shai were nice, but the service as a "get what you pay for" as they came in hooked up the vacuum then did a quick inspection and tried to sale a UV system. First thing is looking at air handler, explain how expensive of the unit and it need to keep clean by installing UV light. So the only reason to look at my air handler to sale UV light nothing to do with the job. Cleaning is nothing more than, hooking up bulky vacuum cleaner which uses 120v-15A household outlet, so its capacity just a little bigger motor than household vacuum. They hook up the expandable flexible duct to the vent and the vacuum. After I said I could not afford the system they went to their vehicle and sat there the 15 time and only vacuumed one side of the unit (feeding the house, not the 'return' side). Came back disconnect, the job is done. I look into the bulky vacuum cleaner, its clean as it comes in, and the AC ducts is same as it was. Very disappointed knowing that if I had a camera to look in my ducts that they'd still be full of debris and dust. When I asked the technician about all this, he stated that what he did with the vacuum would get everything and I had nothing to worry about. Their vacuum never had 'negative pressure' the whole 60 minutes they were in my house. This is not to mention that I had to wait a month for service only to have the company have to reschedule because they missed the first appointment. Make sure you research companies and how duct cleaning is supposed to be done properly or else you'll think you're getting your system cleaned and it's not! Totally waste the money and time.
