The owner of this company has very little to be desired. His professionalism and integrity are questionable and contracts mean nothing. The owner set a contractual agreement initially, which stipulated the the quartz counter-top and the cabinets, be paid up front as well as half of the cost of the remodel. It was agreed upon and payments were made as he requested. During the remodeling process, and on our vacation, he had the audacity to contact us while we’re away to request an additional payment. It is not what was agreed upon, and even though it wasn’t, we still went ahead and forwarded additional funds to him. We arrive from vacation only find that he wanted additional funds.

In addition to his lack of professionalism, his cost on the cabinets were twice the cost of the retail value. To further dig himself into a deeper hole of disrespect, his workers were not coming into work, because he had not paid them as they had previously agreed and so those who end up suffering, were us, the homeowners.

The owner attempted to provide us with a double oven cabinet to which was not to the original specs, and chopped up the cabinet in order to modify its imperfections. To say the least, we did not receive the cabinet that we originally paid for. He sold us on purchasing another cabinet in order to fit the double oven cabinet, AND STILL chopped up the cabinet, more so in order to fit the doors. Hence, the cabinet is now way beyond compromised.

The owner also attempted to sell us on a crown molding that never pertained to the cabinets purchased. It was clear that the colors didn’t match and attempted to have some of his workers (whom are now no lo get with him), in order to blind us on the color.

The owner is not a trustworthy individual and I do not recommend him or his company for any remodeling needs anyone may have in the future.
