Reliable Pool Enclosures & Screens

Reliable Pool Enclosures & Screens just finished rescreening our pool enclosure. We moved to Orlando about 10 months ago, and lost 4-5 panels during the hurricane season, everyone was booked pretty solid, so I had an individual fix the panels blown out. They didn't last very long... Had time to do more research which led me to RPESFL and Dusan and his family at this local family-owned & operated business. They came out, provided an estimate and upon agreement, had all the work done in about a week. And it looks great! They did all they said they would do on the time frame agreed-to. Thanks Dusan!

Bogdan was extremely rude and very unprofessional while performing an estimate on our pool screen from hurricane Ian today. He kept speaking to his son in another language and laughing about it.

We used this company in 2018, they were fantastic! After Hurricane Ian we had them out, they gave a quote, I put money down on the spot and they showed up unannounced less than two weeks later to perform the work. However, the work was not 100% completed, they were supposed to rescrren the panels I asked to have repaired (this part they did), tighten our hurricane cables (one of them got tightened), and replace some cross bars or install receiving channels. The installer asked me to call the office and have then put a reminder on the calendar to swing by in a few days with the receiving channels, that was in October, they still have yet to show. I have called the number listed on their website / Google, along with another number on their site that says "call this we are having trouble with our phone lines" countless times and left several voicemails without a reply. I even sent an email with no reply. I am very very disappointed, because not only is the job paid for, but it isn't 100% completed. A while ago I gave the review below. Since then, we orered an awning over a door. We set up and appointment, and they did not come on the day of installation. Since then they have not answered any of my calls or my neighbors. They must be out of business. First experience 15 months ago: I have highly recommended this company to friends and family for any screen enclosures issues from start to repairs to additions.
