        My family lost everything except the house because of a flash flood during ​Hurricane Ian​ in 2022. We had damages from top to bottom. A business associate ​that I trusted recommended Albert Mair to me, so I felt safe hiring him​ even though he did not have many reviews online.- Albert and/or his workers almost never showed up on time. If they showed up at all. - Poor communication skills. He has not responded to my phone calls, texts, or emails since December 29, 2023. - Very unorganized. Repairs started on December 10, 2023 and still not finished. - Paid in full. Never fully completed the job. I had to find someone else to complete the repairs.I am very disappointed and sad because I really did not want to leave a negative review. I was hoping he would follow through with his promises to finish the job.
