Horrible experience. Went to the mall at noon when the hour online states it open and it was closed. All other store in the mall opened up and it was the only one still closed. From outside I seen 7 employees walking around. I Called the store and the manger told me they weren't ready to open. But online it clearly stated it opens at 12. With all the business going out of business due to the pandemic, you think this store would be ready on time for customers. Horrible experience will take my business elsewhere.

I used to like Charlotte Russe so when I saw they were having 50% off sale I stopped in and ended up purchasing a couple items. However, some items were too big so I had to bring them back. I literally had to beg for help,the front desk staff is mean and downright rude. They did my exchange improperly and then threatened to call security on me because I had a attitude. Please save your time and money and DO NOT COME HERE!
