        charged $69.23 for alterations on the straps and length of my bridesmaid dress and the straps are STILL big on me. the dress looks barely any different than it did before. never called me when it was ready, i called and asked if it was ready and all she said was i told u ready last week when I had the bride who was picking up her dress ask if mine was ready and they told her no. way too expensive for such mediocre work. i am so upset i have this wedding tomorrow and spent double the amount of the actual dress on alterations for basically no reason.
