Hertz Car Rental - Orlando - Marriott Grande Lakes HLE

Had a reservation for a car. Went to pick up the car at my reservation time and they were closed. We had to take an Uber to Enterprise for a new car because of it. I called Hertz customer service and the guy on the phone insulted us for booking through Orbitz and then hug up on us. Hertz just lost a lifelong customer.

I got a reservation online and PAID for it!!! , when I stop by the office to get my car they said - we dont have any car available for you. They asked me to wait until they find a car for me, I asked how long I would need wait they said, maybe tomorrow you can get one. They took my money, and didnt get a car for me. I waisted a day for solve this problem. The customer service is terrible, they dont care about anything.

AWFUL! Do not rent. We changed out rental to be picked up 2 hours earlier which caused the fee to go up (we knew and were fine with the increase). HOWEVER - when we showed up, vehicle was not ready until 1hr and 45minutes later yet were still expected to pay for the increase in rate. Also wrong vehicle was given to us so the paperwork did not agree to the vehicle which would have been an issue if pulled over.... so many issues. Talked with many different managers who promised to right the wrong (Carlos, Yvonne, another gentleman whose name started with an F). No wrongs were righted and no promises of helping were fulfilled. Update 2/3/2020 - after asking for me to reach out, they ignored my messages after giving them the details and support and finally got back to me with a MINIMAL offer instead of the full amount owed as well as spelled our name wrong in the email. Confirmed that they dont care to handle any issues that come up.
