Rent a Car 4 Less Orlando

They say rent for less but that's not true.

I didn’t pay for the sunpass because I thought the price of it was absurd so I paid for every toll and had receipts showing I paid for them and I still got charged $103.49 for sunpass usage this company shows you a low rate on line when you sign up for the rental but when you go into the office to get the car they have so many hidden charges that makes using them not worth the headache your better off to just pay alittle extra and go with hertz

Literally the worst experience I ever had with a company!!!!! Stay far away If u don't wanna be scammed!!!! I wish I would've had read the reviews before going there!!! I booked this rental because it was the cheapest car rental so my cost was officially under $200 but when I got there they said that I can't use my personal car insurance for the rental which I never had at any other car rental. And then they said that even I use the insurance of my credit card I will still also have to buy insurance from them which was another $200 and they said there is no other way around it! And then they told me I will have to buy their plan on the sunpass even if I have my own sunpass which I called up before and they clearly told me I can use it for a rental which was another $150!!! The bottom line is that it cost 3 times the original amount and it ruined my whole vacation!

Biggest rental scam ever. Young lady was very sweet and courteous but company fees and procedures appear absolutely fraudulent. First I was told that I could not go thru any tolls without a penalty charge of $25 per day since I had my own toll pass and the car's pass could not be disengaged if toll pass not purchased thru them. The clincher was when they more than doubled my rate for having my own insurance by adding a "using own insurance penalty "!!! Even though I was stranded in their wally Park lot (you have to take the wally park shuttle which fortunately did come quickly since the number you call when you arrive goes to a full voice mail!!), I still walked away after being assured that my dl and Cc info would be wiped from their records as soon as she canceled the transaction (which I still have to confirm (with Mastercard since they do not take American express). No one else around to complain to, nor at wally Park which is adversely affected by this scam company, or the nearby other car rental office that conveniently had cars available at double the price. I had to walk a mile or 2, passing ACE car rental which only had an suv as their cheapest model until I made it to Enterprise, which had a nice clean compact. Had I more luggage or my family with me I would have had to Uber or shuttle back to the airport. Biggest scam in 40 years of frequent renting, usually through 3rd party rental agencies (this was first time thru autorentals.com which I was unable to contact past a useless FAQs screen) and thru smaller or independent car rental companies. As such I will be filing complaints thru them, wally park, the Orlando Airport (as they are obviously a licensed vender) AND any State oversight entities to confirm if this somehow even be legal. Yes, it was a great underlying rate but don't offer it if they cannot honor it. DOUBLE + once I was there. I had no problem with the doubled deposit, I've seen that before. But "own insurance fee"?? Good try but if no one goes to jail for this there should at least be heavy "real" fines and penalties and disqualification as an approved airport vendor and wally park affiliate (it was their logo on the shuttle that picked me up).
