Economy Rent a Car Orlando

What wonderful customer service from pick up to drop off. I will continue to rent from economy. They are super efficient and impressively professional and courteous. Best experience Ive have with car rental in Orlando. Thank you economy !!

I rent vehicles a couple time a year. This was the worst company to rent from. We paid for a full-size vehicle and were issued a mid-size vehicle. The car immediately had problems. Not only did it look like someone vomited on the ceiling liner, the vehicle had mechanical issues. Both tires on the driver's side would not hold correct air pressure. The car also had an "other" mechanical issue warning light and was behind on the oil change according to the car. They refused to do anything over the phone but then argued with me in store and would not do anything to solve any of the issues.

The service was as good as anyone would expect. Got picked up at the airport via shuttle in a reasonable timeframe. Once we got to the rental, the waiting time to get our car was short. The car itself was in excellent condition, clean and without warning lights. I was initially skeptical of Economy, but I'm glad I gave them a shot and would use them in the future.

Picked up at airport after waiting about a hr. outside. Called twice to let them know we were still waiting along with a few other families. Other shuttle companies came back and forth several times before our person came once. Make sure you bring copy of car insurance or you will get charged extra. They ask if you want to pay $12.00 a day for tolls stating to me they were everywhere. I opted in and didnt use one tole from Orlando to Clermont to Disney Springs. Make sure you have a CREDIT CARD. I didnt (only debit that can be used as credit) and was charged additional daily fees. Day 3 my car battery died. No lights were left on. It was running perfect 5 min before. Turned car off while waiting for daughter then turned back on less than 5 min later and it wouldnt start. I waited 1 hr and 15 min with a newly diagnosed type 1 diabetic in the car in 80 degree weather. Even after telling the service twice my concerns. When service man came he said he was concerned about the car battery. When I told him it was a rental he stated he would be notifying them of his concerns. Drop of was quick and easy but I wont be using this service again.
