At the location. Prepaid rental with my own insurance and assurance insurance from Expedia website. They are trying to charge me another 111.55 for loss of use insurance and making up stories. Don't understand why Expedia even had them on the website for rentals. Totally discusted!!!! do not fall for the low prices ; all scam!!! 0 star is more deserved for them. run away from them being they will end up charging you for something else. Wonderful service! Virtual assistants were always super kind, and helpful. Helped me pick out a car seat for my daughter, and worked with me when I messed up my return time!!! Douglas was my assistant while returning, he deserves a raise!!! Helped me out tremendously:) thank you!!

RUN don't walk away from this car rental company! I wish I paid more attention when booking through Travelocity which company I was renting through for this was the worse experience I have ever had. First, there wasn't a live person but a virtual assistant on a monitor. They told us there weren't any cars for us and she was about to hang up! I said that wasn't acceptable and it was 8 pm and we needed to drive an hour away. Then she says they had a mini van as a backup. Yet there were cars outside parked in their spots so I'm not sure if this was the truth. Then she tells me I need to take their insurance. I have never paid for insurance through a car rental before. Finally she says alright and to show her our policy. Well, now our policy doesn't have enough bodily injury liability and says I have to pay an additional $65 in order to rent the car. I kept arguing with her so she has a manager get on the video who tells me the same thing. When I refuse to pay she says they can't rent the car to us. What a SCAM this place is.

scam company..says on airport property but after you pre pay you get email they are off site. doesn't accept your car insurance as they say your not insured enough. they charged me for damage after they signed off on previous damage. they charge credit card for damage and also tried to put claim in with my insurance aftwr they said they wouldn't accept it. nobody is at location when picking up or dropping off car to talk in person. everything is done through a camera. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMER COMPANY
