        This is the worst place to get a car from they don’t answer the phone on your due date then they add late fees on your account because they don’t answer and I been asking for my payoff and still haven’t got it but 3 months ago they told me I had 19 payments left so not buy a car from here please…

        I went here today just to find that the TWO cars I had spoken to them about and they told me they had were not on the lot and had already been sold. No one even had the decency to tell me they had been sold. After that finding I decided to still give them a try and spent 5 hours just to be turned away. I spoke Guillermo several times before taking the hour drive over here. I explained my situation several times and came with all documents that were asked of me. He GUARANTEED me approval and GUARANTEED me I would leave the lot with a car. Long story short.. I didn't. Don't go here unless you have an entire day to waste because that's all that happened to me. Very disappointing.

        Since i got this car it’s been nothing but issues brought it at 68k so you would thinks it wouldn’t have no major issues, 3 weeks into having the car the transmission blows on me. Was out of a car for almost a month now less than 90 days later same issue and there solution is as long as it can get it repaired i have to keep the car. The car is not safe!!!! And i have small children and thank God they weren’t in the car on both occasions do anybody know if any legal services i can use to get out of these lease i already contacted the better business bureaus so hopefully that helps

        This company is the worst. I purchased a car from them in January and I have had nothing but problems since I got it. It is now June and the car is in the shop again with a part that is on back order and no one's know when they will receive it. But I can guarantee they are still expecting payment!!!!
