We are incredibly impressed by the work performed. We had a car and a truck scheduled for a full body wash & Wax the gentleman stayed late, after dark in order to finish both Vehicles. We certainly recommend CTC and will use them again!! Thank you for great work.😁

CTC did an excellent job removing a chemical spill from the car trunk and cabin. The smell was god awful and nothing we did took it out. When they cleaned it, it was as if that chemical were never there, and the trunk was as good as new!
The only complaint I have is the communication could have been better. They were doing their best to fit me in ASAP, but when something went wrong or ran over, they didn't tell me without me having to prompt for the information, so errands I needed to get done were waylaid for a couple days while trying to coordinate. However, they did their absolute best to make it up. I would still recommend CTC to anyone with a warning that because they take the time to do quality work, things can run over and you may not be gotten to at the time they're aiming for. You as the customer should make sure you have wiggle room in terms of schedule in case previous jobs run over.
If Google gave the option I would up this to 4.5, since if I wasn't held from doing errands I otherwise would have been completely satisfied without complaint.
