The staff is great, but over worked. You may wait a long time for service. The place is just understaffed. My guy apologized for my wait but clearly the man was trying his best. It is the only place that carries the batteries for my dive watch.

So I called around today, Sunday to find batteries for my brothers mobility scooter. The battery died last night. I talked to a very nice guy and he said they had them. I went to the store, and he couldnt have been nicer! I have never had such great service from any store. Thank you for such wonderful customer service. I am sorry I didnt get his name but I will be back, for sure!

Abysmally incompetent service and direction and customer service. No communication, no updates on expected order arrivals, only excuses that they can't replace my Ipad's battery but not a valid reason. " We don't have the tools for this model Ipad"...Yet you attempted to repair it after I dropped it off...and used the Model number to order the battery...then decided it wasn't a repair Batteries Plus could accomplish. After waiting two weeks for the battery to arrive. Really irritating! Update: No your team did not reach out to discuss anything until the day I dropped it off for the actual repair. They were kind enough to call me an hour later and tell me that they were unable to do the battery swap after they already tried to get it open and the front face of the Ipad is now raised and no longer sitting flush... That being said I want to thank you for your inability to do the repair. It triggered me to order a battery kit from Amazon/Repair Parts Plus and I had the battery next day and completed the repair in about an hour, no special tools required. Just Youtube and a plastic razor. Ipad now works great and I learned a new skill... so thanks for that at least.
