Affirm Consulting, LLC

I learned about Affirm Consulting over a year ago through an employee who works for me. I am the GM of this company in Knoxville, TN. We are a 20 employee manufacturing and retail company growing rapidly and we needed a better tool set to manage and scale the business and its employees. Dennis with Affirm Consulting came into our business asked us key questions and gave us a presentation of what they offered. We started slow doing phone consultation once a week with them and now we have Affirm on sight twice a month helping us solve a variety of challenges. I can't speak highly enough about Affirm Consulting. We needed a lot of help and they delivered and are still delivering. I would recommend this company to any established business who is looking for management and business coaching as they excel at both.

Relying on their Google Reviews, I called but was totally disappointed to find out they don't provide the business consulting services these fake Google reviews of theirs seem to portray. Totally not recommended for anyone to call and waste their time like I did whenever looking for someone to provide business consulting related services. EDIT: I was looking for EXACTLY the same type of services that other Google Reviews here claimed having received i.e. launching and growing our company, including business model, growth strategy, business operations, branding, sales & marketing. Despite admitting their staff or representative's fault, their insistence upon NOT offering these services is a clear sign of hypocrisy. Refusing service may very well be a service provider's right, but lying (check their response to this review) and trying to justify themselves despite being clearly shown their professional incompetence during initial phone call is a reason I gave a well-deserved one-star rating. TOTALLY NOT RECOMMENDED for anyone to waste their time and effort calling them and seeking any type of business consulting services from them. THUMBS DOWN :-1:

I've been working with Affirm Consulting since 2015. Since then, we've more than doubled in size and have expanded our locations. Affirm has given us a full spectrum of very customized consulting services ranging from branding, creating our marketing voice, strategic sales/growth planning sessions, and helping us develop/refine our operational process. This has been a phenomenal experience for our company and we would not be where we are without their counsel and expertise.

We've worked with Affirm Consulting on several strategic projects to help us overcome some blocks in our operations and time management and it's been absolutely valuable and refreshing. In a matter of weeks I was able to change the way I was managing my time and my teams time so that I could work on my business instead of in it. That's a game changer and the price point was a good fit for our 10-person agency. This is a life coach for your business operations, I can't recommend their services enough.
