Would never use them again. They’ll make you think that they’re a one stop shop when they’re not. I had to pay for the materials separate when on the initial consultation we were told it was all included. I even had to write several checks to their contractor every time he went to Home Depot for missing items. When we paid for all the materials separately we were even asked how we were going to pick them up and bring them to our house!! Which again we weren’t prepared to do nor could we since I don’t own a truck. Find another company and save yourself a lot of disappointment and frustration. And if you read the other reviews it not even close to the bad experience we had. Oh and when she tells you it’ll only take 4 days to complete a job just add another 3 weeks to that “estimate” because the job will take twice as long to complete.
