No where online does it say you need to make reservation in person same day needless to say we couldnt bowl but we did eat there drinks where ok wings are good worst mozzarella sticks Ive ever had pretzel bites were hard had no salt cheese was out of a can Do not recommend for food quick service has better food

I celebrated my daughters birthday here twice. It has been my go to when family and friends come down here. Now, forcing people to come personally to reserve to come back at a later time cant be called service. No reservation over the phone aceptes anymore. The lanes mostly out of Maintenance and the food not been the best were never an issue to me. So if you are not staying in the hotel, you are pretty much not welcome. They offer to call you, but they wont, so dont bother if you are local. Here is their new policy in case you dont believe my words. I waited almost an hour just to see multiple lanes available. It was good while it lasted like most places in Florida that dont need local business. I am local and I know one thing or two.

The booze is over priced for how weak it is. Bowling was fun though, it's time based instead of game based. I will warn you that as of this writing you need a reservation and as far as I could tell the only way to get one is to go in person. They're also strict about not selling you food if you're bowling, even if you agree to keep it off the lanes they won't do it which is... Annoying. Overall not bad but not great.

Horrible hours ! Closes so early and even if you show 45 min before they say it's too late. Also, they make you make reservations!!!! Seriously!? It's a resort!!!
