BUYER BEWARE!!
I have to say I’m a little disappointed in these loafers that I purchased at the store in Orlando Florida. I was pressured into buying the shoes that are too small for my feet. I wear 9 1/2 and these are “6 1/2” and the gentlemen/salespersons were pressuring me to buy these because these were the only size left and kept stressing that they would expand in size with time. They also don’t do exchanges! Why ? YOU DONT DO EXCHANGES ???
So be super careful of buying shoes here...well it’s been a while now and the shoes are incredibly uncomfortable! I own five other pairs of Todd’s and I’ve purchased many other shoes in the past.
Not sure what to do but was hoping for some sort of resolve.
Velasco and other websites selling shoes and loafers are dying for your business. Unfortunately, Tods is being bought by LVMH and they could care less about their customers!!!
