Barnes & Noble

I've always enjoyed visiting this book store. Unfortunately, they've lost their lease at this location and will be closing soon. Everything is 50% off. I only gave it 4 out of 5 stars just because the Colonial location is larger.

I'm so sad to hear that this Barns and Noble will be closing their store by the Mall. I always loved going here. Always have new and old books on their shelf. Was one of the closest BN to me. I'll miss this store.

I received 4 booms for my birthday that I had already bought and wanted to exchange them. The manager was not allowing returns or exchanges on that day, even though thebcashier said she had already allowed anoyher customer to exchange her books. Never going back to Barnes and Noble as this is not the first time I have issues with them. Maybe returns are not allowed on Thursdays? Books a million is so much better and the employees are much nicer!

This is the worst Barnes and noble I have been to. I was trying to study for TEAS test and I went here to check out and purchase a few test review books, the manager and worker here treated me horribly. The manager a white man, followed me around the store and profiled me the whole time. The worker looked at me when I got to the register and didnt check me out, didnt say anything to me, instead walked away and the manager who was profiling me checked me out. It was the worst experience I have had here and I used to come to this store as a child. I purchased the books and actually went back in to return due to the amount of disrespect I experienced in my visit. Ive always lived in this neighborhood. Its so sad what the world has come to and how people are being raised to profile others. I will not be coming to this Bookseller any more. Not any Barnes and noble store.
