Online listing says they open at 7am. Waiting until 7:48 before they even opened the door. Terrible.

The worst location. I’m a regular customer to this brand. I often visit MCO airport (Terminal A) and for the last four times the experience has been terrible. - 10 minutes for an order and when they called me.....”big news”... Pretzels are sold out. - I ordered cinnamon sugar pretzel nuggets and receive less than usual, I asked if they can provide a normal size but said they are sold out and they will not make more... so I asked to cancel the order or a refund, they immediately talked to the next customer in line and The associate ignored me. My last experience was last week. When it was hard to order as they were signing with a very loud music. My order was given to another customer, and the employee said it is a regular customer which had no time to wait so I should wait five to eight more minutes. I said the tradition is first come first served and they said that rules does not work when loyal customers are at the place. Staff is not friendly at all A&A should close this place for a while and do a new training to the whole staff based on customer experience. Unfortunately is the only store in the area. But I won’t come back to this location. So sad, I love the brand and the food but because of situations like these ... you are losing loyal customers 😢
