Our salesperson, Eric Alcatara was the most honest and professional person I have ever interacted with at an auto dealership. He was with us throughout the entire process. This dealership makes it's best effort to provide you with the most advantages deal. You will not regret visiting Field's BMW if you are looking for a wonderful car buying experience. The only complaint I have is that I requested matching tires being that I just made a $37,000 purchase. My vehicle has Michelin tires on the front, and some cheap, garbage Ironman tires in the rear. If Field's does the right thing and provides 2 matching Michelin tires, I would give this dealership 5 stars. Spoke with Jeff, I agreed to pay for one of the two replacement tires. The service department was supposed to contact me when the tires arrived.This was a week ago.. I had to buy tires at discount tire. I wasn't willing to wait indefinitely and risk my wife having problems with the tires. If Field's reimburses me for half my cost, I will amend my review.
