Notice how the company hasnt responded to any negative reviews, but does respond to the positive ones. They clearly see all of the negative feedback and literally dont care if you have a bad experience. I even gave them all of this feedback internally first to see if theyd address the issues I brought up but I never heard back. Posting this here now so other people can think twice before you give them your business. My car was with them for a total of about 6 weeks. My first interaction with them was a voicemail letting me know they couldnt locate the keys to my car, and all of the windows were left down over night. When I called them back, they let me know they didnt even know who the car belonged to for most of the morning so they didnt know who to call. Turns out one of their employees had the keys and I guess didnt tell anyone? Never received an apology or explanation for why my windows were down. Only found out their employee had the key because I called the tow truck driver myself and he told me. The employee assigned to my car was impossible to deal with. I called multiple times a day for a week straight pleading to speak with her for an update and was always told she would call me back within an hour (she never once did). On the very rare occasion that I did speak with someone knowledgeable about my car, they could never give me straight answers and talked in circles. I know they cant control supply chain issues, but they fix cars every day. After 2 years of the pandemic, you cant provide even remotely accurate completion estimates at any point in the process? At one point, I was told Id have my car back in 2 weeks just to wait 5 before it was actually ready. I literally got a call from them on a Friday afternoon that my car was ready for pickup and I had 90 minutes to get there even though the day before, they said it would be at least another week. When I arrived at the time they told me to so I could get my car, no one knew I was coming and my car wasnt actually ready to be picked up. I had to wait about 30 minutes for them to do tests. Then when they handed me the keys, the AC wasnt working! Only the drivers side door was impacted by the accident and my AC was fully functioning when the car arrived at their facility so there was no reason for it to have not been working. It was a hot day so I dont understand how no one on their team caught that it wasnt working. I then had to wait for them to repair the AC system as well. If you want updates, you need to call them multiple times on multiple days to get answers. They will not voluntarily communicate with you and clearly have no interest in making things right or improving their service. Additionally, there were several instances where I called them and was unable to leave a voicemail because their mailbox is full. If they do answer, youll probably get a let me ask someone else and call you back except they will never call you back. I would rather sell my damaged car as-is than ever deal with this company again. Truly. Services: Body & Trim, Painting
