Great Customer Service! This business repaired the damage to my car from an accident. The same day I contacted them they sent a wrecker to pick up my car. My service rep. Chris Hadley was great keeping me informed on the status and details of my repair. James Tucker, Director step in when Chris was in the field and was so very efficient in checking out and resolving any concerns that I had. Cindy Eagan is the first person you talk to. I had several contacts with her. She either provided the information that I needed or found the person to handle it. I was truly impressed with the high quality of customer service that I was given. Highly recommend! Great customer service, honest, fair and are willing to help any way they can. John was awesome, gave me plenty of time to settle everything with my car and even aided in the process of selling my car! Definitely my first choice if I ever need there services again!
