The entire staff at Normand pllc. Have been extremely patient, professional, helpful and dedicated to getting the results that I’m looking for. It’s been an extremely long drawn out process due to the COVID-19. I can’t say enough about the gratitude that I have for the staff for willing to take on my case which wasn’t an easy slam dunk case. Despite my case being a difficult case, the attorneys were still willing to risk their money, time, & resources on a case that has no guarantee. I appreciate everyone who’s been involved with the process of my case getting into court. They also made sure that I completely understood and was aware of every action that they planned to take against the defendant.

Stay away from this firm. They waste your time and doesnot know what they are upto starting from office staff to attorney.

I can't say enough about my experience with this firm. They have been very thorough and patient with all of my questions and helping me tremendously with my case. Most importantly, I have been communicating with Emily most of the time and I could not have had a better assistant to the lawyer than her. Emily has been wonderful at following up with me, explaining the process, what my options were, answering all my questions.etc. If there was something she didn't know of hand, she told me should would find out and get back with me once she had the answer. I definitely highly reccommend this firm to anyone for any of your legal needs in the future.
